Saturday Music: Fun. ft. Janelle Monáe - We Are Young

It's Saturday! Saturday means weekend, weekend means fun, and fun means music. Yes, it's SATURDAY MUSIC!

Give me a second I,
I need to get my story straight
My friends are in the bathroom getting higher than the Empire State
My lover she’s waiting for me just across the bar
My seat’s been taken by some sunglasses asking 'bout a scar, and
I know I gave it to you months ago
I know you’re trying to forget
But between the drinks and subtle things
The holes in my apologies, you know
I’m trying hard to take it back
So if by the time the bar closes
And you feel like falling down
I’ll carry you home

Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

Now I know that I’m not
All that you got
I guess that I, I just thought
Maybe we could find new ways to fall apart
But our friends are back
So let’s raise a cup
‘Cause I found someone to carry me home

Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

Carry me home tonight (Nananananana)
Just carry me home tonight (Nananananana)
Carry me home tonight (Nananananana)
Just carry me home tonight (Nananananana)

The moon is on my side
I have no reason to run
So will someone come and carry me home tonight
The angels never arrived
But I can hear the choir
So will someone come and carry me home

Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

So if by the time the bar closes
And you feel like falling down
I’ll carry you home tonight

Movie Review: Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows

This is totally my favorite movie! It was so much better than the earlier one, I think. Yeah, it felt better to me.
A 2011 British-American action mystery film directed by Guy Ritchie, written by Kieran and Michele Mulroney, and released by Warner Bros. Pictures. This film starred Robert Downey, Jr., Jude Law, Noomi Rapace, Jared Harris, Stephen Fry, Kelly Reilly, and Rachel McAdams. This Movie was released at 16 December
The movie starts with Watson writing a story he'll publish. After that the plot went back to the days before Watson's marriage. Holmes saving a doctor--I forgot the name--from an explosion. Before that, Irene Adler--'the woman'--was carrying a package for the doctor, which is actually a bomb from Moriarty, knowing Adler is Moriarty's minion. Though, Holmes didn't save that doctor from death--he dead by poison injection. And the night that day when Adler met Moriarty professionally at her favorite restaurant--Moriarty said that--she died because of a rare tuberculosis. That way this makes the story miserable from Holmes' side. Not only because Adler's death, also because Watson's marriage.
The adventure began even since Watson's stack party. They celebrate it on a casino with Sherlock's brother, Mycroft Holmes. There Sherlock Holmes met a French gypsy, Madame Simza Heron as a client. But his intention was to ask her explain him who is Rene, which is actually Simza's brother. Simza at first really doesn't like Holmes' presence. But after that, when he and Watson pay her a visit to Paris, right after Holmes ruined Watson's honey moon, Simza agreed to join their quest finding Rene and defeat Moriarty.

The Musician: The All-American Rejects

I'm so glad I'm posting this. It's just came into my mind. They're actually my favorite band. The All-American Rejects is an American alternative rock band formed in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1999 consists Tyson Ritter (lead vocalist, bass guitarist), Nick Wheeler (lead guitarist, back vocalist), Mike Kennerty (rythm guitarist, back vocalist), and Chris Gaylor (drummer).
The band formed when they were still in high school, with formation Ritter as lead and back vocalist and bass guitarist, Jesse Tabish as lead and back vocalist and gutarist, and Wheeler as drummer. But later Tabish split from the group. Then Wheeler and Ritter together submitted their very first self-released demo CD Same Girl, New Songs to Doghouse Records, where an intern saved the disc from the trash and revealed it to the label owner.
In 2001, the band recorded their self-titled debut album The All-American Rejects. The album and its first single "Swing, Swing" were released in 2002. The band began to search for additional members for live act. Then Edmond, Oklahoma resident Mike Kennerty joined the band before the album's release. Soon after, the band was having trouble with drummer Tim Campbell, who soon after that split from the band and replaced by Chris Gaylor who knew and played in another band with Kennerty.
They have recorded 4 studio albums so far: The All-American Rejects (2002), Move Along (2005), When the World Comes Down (2008), and their latest awesome album Kids in the Street (2012). On November 14, 2011 Ritter announced via Twitter that ex Taking Back Sunday bassist Matt Rubano had joined the band as bassist for live performance, but stated that Ritter is still the bass player recording-wise.

The Musician : Jessie J

Since Jessie J's going to have a show on March 18th 2012, I'm about to write about her. Well, she's an awesome musician. Jessica Ellen Cornish or better known as Jessie J was born on 27 March 1988. Born and raised in London, she studied at the BRIT School before signing with Gut Records and striking a songwriting deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing where she wrote for artists including Chris Brown and Miley Cyrus.

Signed with Universal, Jessie J came to prominence following the release of her debut single "Do It Like a Dude" which peaked at number two in the UK. After scoring her first number one in the UK, France, Ireland and New Zealand with the song "Price Tag", she released her debut album Who You Are (2011) which charted at number two in the UK. Other releases from the album include "Nobody's Perfect", "Who's Laughing Now" and "Who You Are" which charted within the top 20 in the UK but the release of fifth single "Domino" spawned international chart success, peaking at number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 and becoming her second UK number one. Aside her musical career, Jessie J will be a coach and mentor on television show The Voice UK.

Girl I've been all over the world
Looking for you
I'm known for taking what I think I deserve
You be that girl
You be that girl
You be

Everything you ant so let me get up there
I'm the baddest baby in the atmosphere
Tell me what you want so we can do just what you like

Na Na Na Na Na
You make me feel that
Na Na Na Na Na
You make me feel so
Na Na Na Na Na
You, you make me feel that

Get a little closer to me girl
And you'll understand
Cause if you want a guy that knows what you need
Well, then I'm your man

And if I listen I can hear you through my radio
In that bright white noise
What I been missing in my life
What I been dreaming of
You be that girl
You be that girl

Everything you want so let me get up there
I'm the baddest baby in the atmosphere
Tell me what you want so we can do just what you like

Ooh

Take you round the world
You know I like it loud
Tell me what you're after
We can do just what you like

Saturday Music : Avril Lavigne - Wish You Were Here

It's Saturday! Saturday means weekend, weekend means fun, and fun means music! Yes, it's SATURDAY MUSIC!
I can be tough
I can be strong
But with you, it's not like that at all
There's a girl who gives a shit
Behind this wall you just walk through it

And I remember all those crazy things you said
You left them running through my head
You're always there, you're everywhere
But right now I wish you were here
All those crazy things we did
Didn't think about it just went with it
You're always there, you're everywhere
But right now I wish you were here

Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you here, here, here
I wish you were here
Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you near, near, near
I wish you were here

I love the way you are
It's who I am, don't have to try hard
We always say, say like it is
And the truth is that I really miss

All those crazy things you said
You left them running through my head
You're always there, you're everywhere
But right now I wish you were here
All those crazy things we did
Didn't think about it just went with it
You're always there, you're everywhere
But right now I wish you were here

Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you here, here, here
I wish you were here
Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you near, near, near
I wish you were here

No, I don't wanna let go
I just wanna let you know
That I never wanna let go
Let go, oh, oh
No, I don't wanna let go
I just wanna let you know
That I never wanna let go
Let go, let go, let go, let go

Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you here, here, here
I wish you were here
Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you near, near, near
I wish you were here

Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you here, here, here
I wish you were here
Damn, damn, damn
What I'd do to have you near, near, near
I wish you were here

Saturday Music : David Guetta ft. Usher - Without You

It's Saturday! Saturday means weekend, weekend means fun, and fun means music! Yes, it's SATURDAY MUSIC!

I can't win, I can't reign
I will never win this game
Without you, without you
I am lost, I am vain,
I will never be the same
Without you, without you

I won't run, I won't fly
I will never make it by
Without you, without you
I can't rest, I can't fight
All I need is you and I
Without you

Without you
Oh, oh, oh!
You! You! You!
Without
You! You! You!
Without you

Can't erase, so I'll take blame
But I can't accept that we're estranged
Without you, without you
I can't quit now, this can't be right
I can't take one more sleepless night
Without you, without you

I won't soar, I won't climb
If you're not here, I'm paralyzed
Without you, without you
I can't look, I'm so blind
I lost my heart, I lost my mind
Without you

Without you
Oh, oh, oh!
You! You! You!
Without
You! You! You!
Without you

I am lost, I am vain,
I will never be the same
Without you, without you
Without you
